Forums Mystery

Something will always remain a mystery to me. On every single forum I have ever visited, apart from the yoursite.nu boards, posts were shown along with a date. Very nifty, powerful, complicated thing. Sometimes it's written not so clearly. In what order are the numbers? However, when the date is written with four digits, I think this part at least is quite obvious. 2004 is the year 2004 and thus, for us today, two days ago. So why the hell are there always ten people bouncing up these old-ass thread? For example:

Thread starter (posted on January 30th, 2004): I kinda like this guy and I don't know whether I should tell him. Do you think I should?
A bunch of people (posted between January 30th, 2004 and March 12th, 2004): Tell him!
Thread-bumper: OMG! I can so relate to you! Did you tell him?
Thread starter (now a moderator of the board): Well, we are now married with one kid. *locks thread*

Why does this always happen? Are people unable to read dates?

Still Got A Life

I put the new layout up yesterday. I'm really happy about it. :)

I added two new poems ("Mountain" and "Waist").

I'm sick and tired of this "Fluffy Crew" on PTL. They are annoying. I'm sure they're proud I mentioned them on my blog. There's no reason for them to be. There's no pride in being hated. There's no pride in having everyone want you to be gone. And I don't give a shit about how you actually call yourself.

Moving on to subjects that interest me more. I'm starting school tomorrow. I only have two hours, and I wouldn't be amazed at all if we finished earlier. The thing is, the girl with whom I usually ride to school and back doesn't finish before 5:20 P.M. and I will finished at 10:00A.M. so either I wait, either I find myself another ride. I hope to get some chat with some people I haven't seen in a while (i.e. Marie) but well...7 hours? Eww..

Sophie, my sister, tried making me highlights yesterday but it messed up because we didn't wait long enough. It said 30 minutes but the highlights on the top didn't work while those on the bottom layer did, so we guessed it was because of the time. I'll buy new stuff tomorrow and we'll start over.

I read in the newspapers that rats can give a mortal fever. As my mom learned it and I'm not that crazy, I'm going to wear gloves from now on to feed them, take them and change their litter. That really sucks. In my opinion, I would already be sick if they could actually have given me anything, but I'd rather not take the risk.

I found a host for my fanlistings. I'm so happy! No more Geocities for me!

I would love to get WordPress but well...We'll see later. I'll try and find some other remotely-hosted comment script.

Finally An Update

Finally an update...The layout update you see below is for the X-Men layout. As I have moved, all files should be there. I still have to work on the 'you' section but I'm too much of a lazyass ë (<- my new weirdo smilie). I have to (re)join over 1200 fanlistings, poor me ô (another smilie of mine :D ).

I'm just back from school. It was the Week of Teachers, so we gave them lunch boxes as a gift. Some students were doing a little speech about a certain teacher. One of these, a girl who has very few friends and is often bullied, was extremely nervous. She asked one of the other students to say her text, but they refused. When she was ahead of everyone, she was saying one syllable at a time, begging a lot. Many students were making fun or her. What's so funny in someone who is nervous? WTF if she's shy? *l0L +h4+5 50 f0nny!* *kicks the laughers' asses*

I haven't really done anything important today. Just a normal, but funny school day. Every year, graduates in my school make a funny show made from a bunch of sketches. We are currently writing a very funny one :D I love it! I'm also going to sing - the boys of my group are going to play the music. It's a song called 'Seven Nation Army', but I don't know what band sings it ;)
